Welcome to Revisit: Time Travel with Google Earth. Owned by Innovision Inc. (“we”, “us” or “our” — all of which refer to Innovision Inc., a company registered in George Town, Grand Cayman), Revisit: Time Travel with Google Earth is a VR application that enables you to journey through both time and space—reliving historical moments or exploring modern destinations—via immersive virtual tours powered by Google Earth. Our Privacy Policy explains how we and some of the companies we work with collect, use, share, and protect the information in relation to our mobile services, website, and any software provided on or in connection with Revisit: Time Travel with Google Earth services (collectively, the “Service”), and your choices about the collection and use of your information.

Our Policy applies to all users and others who access the Service (“Users”). Your use of (or request to use) Revisit: Time Travel with Google Earth or the Service constitutes your acceptance of this Policy.


1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT OR HAVE ACCESS TO

We collect the following types of information.

Information you provide us directly

  • Communications between you and Revisit: Time Travel with Google Earth (e.g., Service-related emails such as account verification, feature updates, technical/security notices). You cannot opt out of Service-related emails.

Analytics information

  • We use third-party analytics tools to measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service (pages visited, add-ons, etc.). We combine it with other Users’ data so it cannot reasonably identify any individual.

Cookies and similar technologies

  • We may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and local storage to collect information about how you use Revisit: Time Travel with Google Earth and to provide features.
  • Advertisers or partners may serve ads or services to your devices using cookies placed by us or them.

Logfile information

  • Each time you request a webpage or app, your browser reports log data (IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, clicks, interactions, domain names, landing pages, etc.).
  • Emails we send may include tracking pixels to log opens and clicks.

Device identifiers

  • On mobile devices, we may access and store “device identifiers” (small data files or structures) that uniquely identify your device and deliver usage or personalization data.

Metadata

  • Technical data associated with User Content (e.g., how/when/by whom content was collected, formatting).
  • Users may add metadata like hashtags or geotags to their content to make it more searchable or interactive.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We may use information we receive to:

  • Remember information so you won’t have to re-enter it;
  • Provide personalized content, including ads or marketing;
  • Provide, improve, test, and monitor the Service’s effectiveness;
  • Develop and test new products and features;
  • Monitor metrics (visitors, traffic, demographics);
  • Diagnose or fix technical problems;
  • Automatically update the Revisit: Time Travel with Google Earth application on your device.

Specifically, personal data is used for:

  • Account management: creating/managing your account and delivering support.
  • Service operation: ensuring stability, detecting bugs, maintaining performance.
  • Personalization: customizing your experience based on your interactions.
  • Analytics & improvements: analyzing aggregated usage data to enhance features.
  • Security & compliance: detecting fraud/abuse and meeting legal requirements.

We do not use your personal data for automated decisions that could significantly affect you without human involvement.


3. SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION

We will not rent or sell your data to third parties outside Revisit: Time Travel with Google Earth (or Innovision Inc.’s group) without your consent, except as noted below.

Affiliates

  • We may share your information with Innovision Inc.’s legal affiliates to help provide, understand, and improve the Service (they honor your privacy choices).

Service Providers

  • Third-party organizations that help us deliver the Service will have access only as necessary under confidentiality terms.

Advertising partners

  • We may share cookie, log file, device identifier, and location data with third-party ad networks for targeted advertising.

Aggregated/Anonymized data

  • We may remove identifiers and share aggregated data with others.

Change of control

  • If we sell or transfer all or part of Revisit: Time Travel with Google Earth or its assets, your data (name, email, content, etc.) may be transferred. The new owner must honor this Privacy Policy.

Legal requests & preventing harm

  • We may access, preserve, and share data in response to lawful requests (warrants, subpoenas) or to prevent fraud, protect users or public safety, or investigate violations of our Terms.

4. HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

Storage and Processing

  • Data may be stored and processed in the U.S. or any country where Innovision Inc. or its Service Providers operate.
  • If you’re in the EU or another region with stricter laws, note that data may cross borders to jurisdictions with different protections. By using the Service, you consent to this.

Security

  • We use commercially reasonable safeguards (e.g. passwords) but cannot guarantee absolute security.
  • You are responsible for protecting your password and account and for changes made by connected social services.

Retention

  • After account termination, we may retain profile information and content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, or audit purposes.

5. DELETION OF YOUR INFORMATION

We delete information once we’ve resolved your technical issues or retain only what’s necessary to provide and improve the Service. You can request deletion via the contact methods below.


6. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Revisit: Time Travel with Google Earth does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it ASAP. If you suspect we have data on a child under 13, please contact us.


7. OTHER WEBSITES AND SERVICES

We’re not responsible for the privacy practices of sites or services linked from Revisit: Time Travel with Google Earth. Those are governed by their own policies.
